Simply register and start using Veezi — no credit card necessary. You will have access to your account for 30 days from the day you sign up. We’ll contact you before the end of your trial so that you can decide to subscribe to Veezi and keep your account open. What does "only pay for what you use" mean?

It means that your monthly subscription fee is calculated based on the level of usage (average number of admits and any additional modules) for each cinema site. It is not based on number of screens, or POS terminals. Please note: there is a minimum monthly account fee that will apply if there are no transactions made in a given month.

How will I know I have been charged for Veezi?

The name "Vista Entertainment Solutions" will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website. We will also send you a notification via email.

If I don't sell tickets at a cinema site, will I be charged?

As long as there are no transactions for your cinema during a given month, you will not incur any additional fees on top of the minimum monthly account fee.

What is the difference between an account and a cinema site?

Your account is your subscription to Veezi. You can have more than one cinema site set up on your account — for easy circuit management.

What type of external internet connection do I need?

A decent internet connection is a vital consideration and is the life-blood of the Veezi experience. You should have broadband (DSL) type connection at a minimum. Avoid internet plans that degrade your performance if you exceed the data limit. To ensure you stay online, consider a secondary or back-up internet connection, i.e a 3G connection. We also recommend you connect your POS work-stations to your router using network cables rather than wireless connections.

Don’t have a back-up internet connection? Don’t worry, Veezi POS does have an offline mode — so you can keep ticketing if the internet does go down.

Can I use Veezi for a short term seasonal cinema or film festival?

Yes you can, we even have a shopping cart feature to allow moviegoers to buy tickets to multiple sessions online, in one easy transaction. When you have completed your season/festival, you can leave your account running so that all of your data and cinema information will be ready next time you open; this will incur the minimum monthly fee.

Can I use Veezi for selling only food and beverage items, i.e. to run my cafe?

Whilst this under-utilises Veezi usage, you can indeed use it for this purpose. If you run a café alongside your cinema or have another reason for a stand-alone food and beverage site, you can use Veezi.
