As you may already know, part of a Veezi subscription includes unlimited 24/7 in-house support. Behind the scenes, we have a team of experts who can help you with anything you need from initial setup of Veezi software to implementation of new modules, or any technical issues you may be having.

My issue is time-sensitive, what's the best way to reach someone?
Calling our phone line—on (323) 994-0424—or using the LiveChat feature in Veezi Back Office is always the fastest way to get in touch with someone promptly.
If a system is down, or you have an urgent or time-sensitive issue, a quick call or message to one of our support staff through the back office live chat is the best way to reach support.
How the Veezi support process works
For most non-urgent issues, emailing our support team at [email protected], or creating a support ticket through Veezi Back Office is ideal.
Once we have an issue logged this way, we have a trackable ticket in our system with immediate visibility across multiple channels, to be assigned to the appropriate person. These tickets provide a living record of what the issue is, as well as the steps taken to resolve it, and any related screenshots or attached files.

Making support magic
At Veezi, we've made a commitment to making the ideal system for independent cinemas—and that includes providing top-notch support.
