Robinson Film Center installed a ticketing system about 7 years ago and for the last 5 or 6 years watched as mobile became more popular. They really wanted to catch up, but once you start using a ticketing system it is hard to switch when you are working with it every single day.

“We made the transition at the biggest selling time of the year and sold more tickets online in two weeks than we did in the previous year. The moviegoer can close their wallet quickly, they want the purchase experience to be fast, pleasant and over as quickly as possible. We are a small theatre with a small workforce and Veezi gives us more time with the moviegoer. We know they don’t like long lines so a product like Veezi helps people enjoy the movies more,” says Alex.
Performance data gives Alex information that allows him to quickly see moviegoer purchase behaviours. They can figure out why things are changing and adjust show times accordingly.
